If you do not have a final design, let us know and we can help you create one.
Please download the appropriate template for the type of uniform you want (Road, BMX, Time Trial or Triathlon) and print it out to use it as a canvas.
Sketch your idea or concept on the template then scan and e-mail it with your logos to us at design@scudopro.com or fax it to us at (713) 490-3159.
Make sure to add at least a week to the delivery time to adjust for the design. We charge a small fee of US $50 designer’s fee per each unique concept(**) you submit. Artwork will not begin until the fee is received. This fee is deducted from the total bill for orders of 5 or more items(accesories not included).
We also have several standard designs that you can choose from (Semi Custom) and simply add your team name and or logo.
Our designers will prepare a professional draft of your design and send it back for you to review and make changes as needed.
Also keep in mind that some colors may not print the same on fabric as they do on paper. We can work with you to make sure you get the tones you want.

Legal Notice

Copyrights. The customer also warrants that the subject matter to be printed is not copyrighted by a third party. The customer also recognizes that because matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. The customer further warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold Scudo Sports Wear LLC harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided.

We reserve the right to not transfer any material that is considered extremely graphic (in terms of sex or violence), or material that is directly intended to be degrading or racist. Generally we trust that our customers have considered the social implications of their designs, but respect their freedom of expression. Full custom orders include a release statement that releases us from responsibility for any legal action arising from our customer’s design(s).

(**)A unique concept is based on the main elements of the design; not the colors or placement on the gear. Logos are also considered main design elements as they relate to the other design elements, in other words, you can change logos as long as a change of logos does not require that the designer make significant changes to the overall design.
