Order Process

It is very easy, all you need to do is follow the guidelines below.  
1.Design  
Customer with finished design
Customer without finished design

Place your design in our templates and send us your design via e-mail at design@scudopro.com We work with designs made in Photoshop, Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator saved in a AI, CDR or EPS format (for best results save it in 150-300 dpi).
Our designers will check your design and will be apply it to the uniform print template and send it back for your review.
Our designers will work with you to make sure you are happy with how your design fits the gear.
Note that there may be a fee for complex designs needing to be vectorized. Also keep in mind that some colors may not print the same on fabric as they do on paper. We can work with you to make sure you get the tones you want.
In case that the file is too big please email us and we will provide you FTP access .

If you have a concept and want us to help you finalize it simply download the appropriate template for the type of uniform you want (Road, BMX, Time Trial or Triathlon) and print it out to use it as a canvas. Sketch your idea or concept on the template then scan and e-mail it with your logos to us at design@scudopro.com or fax it to us at (713) 490-3159.
Our designers will prepare a professional draft of your design and send it back for you to review and make changes as needed. This service requires a US $50 designer’s fee per each unique concept(**) you submit. Artwork will not begin until the fee is received. Please fill out our DESIGNER FORM
This fee is deducted from the total bill for orders of 5 or more items(accesories not included)
We also have several standard designs that you can choose from and simply add your team name and or logo.

2. Kit Fit

You may order a Sample Kit in the sizes needed to make sure you will get the right size (Sample kits require a deposit of US $25 per kit refundable upon return.) Sample Kit Form.

3. Place order

Download the order form
Make sure you have the right sizes you need.
Fill out the form completely. Make sure to list the preferred method for contacting you and the right shipping address.
Send the form to us by e-mail at info@scudopro.com or fax it to us to (713) 589-5280
A sales representative will follow up on each order submitted to verify the order and your final design approval. We will require a 50% down payment at the time of order.
We accept the following payment methods for your convenience Visa™, Mastercard™, American Express™, Discover™, Personal and Business Checks(1) and Paypal™
4. Production Time

Once we have received:
1. Order Form
2. Signed approval of your design
3. 50% down payment

(Production will not start until we have received the above list)

Allow four to six weeks for delivery .

Holidays, severe weather or natural disasters may cause unintended delays in delivery.

5. Final Payment  

We will be contact you one week before your order is shipped for final paymet

6.Product Delivery  

Orders are generally shipped via Fedex Ground or US Postal Service, but other shipping arrangements can be made upon request.
