Our product patterns use European sizes which are usually about one size smaller than American Sizes (for instance an American size Large - L - is approximately a European size Extra Large - XL -). Also remember many people do not fit into standard sizes, if you regularly feel that you are in between sizes (one size is a little too tight but the next size up fits a bit too lose).
