Welcome to our Bike Shop Partner Program, designed so your shop can offer premium custom cycling apparel without tying up cash in deep inventory. Your customers get great gear, and you stay flexible.
Starter Pricing & Discount
All new partners begin at our 10–25 unit tier with a 15% discount, applied to the current active price list at the time you enroll and at the time you place each order. Shipping, handling, and Texas tax are included on your invoice.
First Order Requirements
To launch your in-store display, your first order requires only 10 total jerseys.
You may mix:

We begin with one unique design, while allowing full flexibility in sizing and fit.
Your Custom Online TeamStore
You’ll receive a branded online TeamStore linked to your shop, allowing customers to order directly.

Ship direct to customers or to your shop for pickup

Typical production/ship time: 6 business days (may vary during peak seasons)

You keep control of payment and customer relationships
Your in-store inventory stays lean while offering the full catalog online.
Ongoing Pricing & Tier Review
Every six months, we review your total sales volume. If you qualify for a better pricing tier, your discount will be automatically upgraded for the next period.
Optional Add-On Products
Enhance your display with complementary products such as vests, bib shorts, jackets, and accessories. Most partners keep 3–4 samples on hand so customers can see and feel the quality.
Fits & Sizing Options
Choose from men’s, women’s, or unisex fits. Unisex is popular for simplifying inventory.
Program Conditions & Responsibilities
Custom-Made Product Policy

All items are custom-made and final sale.

No exchanges for size or fit.

Shops must clearly communicate this policy to their customers.

We fully replace any items with verified manufacturing defects.

Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos for verification.
Order Submission & Payment

Shops must collect payment from customers before placing orders.

Orders placed in the TeamStore are billed at the pricing active on the day of submission.

Shops are responsible for entering accurate customer and shipping information.
Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons.

Shops are responsible for reshipment costs due to incorrect addresses.

Defect replacements are shipped at no cost once validated.
Design & Artwork

Shops must confirm they own rights to any artwork submitted.

All artwork proofs must be approved before production begins.
Sponsored Items & Non-Shop Events
Please note: The Bike Shop Partner Program applies only to products sold through your bike shop. Sponsored items, charity/event kits, team kits, or products for events not intended to promote your bike shop will be handled separately with their own pricing, timelines, and approval process.
These sponsored items do not count toward partner pricing tier volumes unless explicitly stated.
Program Updates & Eligibility

Partner status may be suspended for repeated non-payment or misuse.
