You will receive a refund or exchange for your purchase only if it meets the criteria in our Return Policy.

  • All items must be returned within 30 Days of the original purchase date.
  • All products must be in new, unused, and perfect condition.
  • All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging.

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for credit to be applied to your account after receipt of item(s). The amount credited to your card will include price of item(s) and any taxes that were charged. Any shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped and a replacement has not been accepted.

We recommend you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.

All of our cycling jerseys and products are custom-made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a confirmed issue with the product’s quality or workmanship.
By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Sizing Responsibility
Choosing the correct size is the responsibility of the customer at the time of purchase.
We provide a full size guide to help you select the right fit, and we strongly recommend reviewing it carefully before ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size is selected.

Size Exchanges (When Pre-Approved)
Size exchanges are only possible if they were agreed upon in writing as part of your original order.
Please note: each customer is entitled to one size exchange per design.

  • This means that for each design purchased, only one size exchange will be allowed per person.

  • Multiple size exchanges for the same design, or for multiple items of the same design, are not permitted.

  • If no prior agreement exists, we are unable to process your exchange.

  • Any items sent back to us without prior authorization are returned to you at your expense.

Product Quality Guarantee
We take great care to deliver high-quality products. If your jersey arrives with a manufacturing defects, such as: a broken zipper, loose seams or stitching,or another production fault.

You can submit a warranty claim for a replacement.

To do this:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide photos clearly showing the issue.

  3. Once we confirm the defect, we will arrange for a replacement or an appropriate solution, in line with our warranty policy.
