ScudoPro Fit Kit Policy

At Scudo Sports Wear LLC (ScudoPro), we are committed to helping you find the perfect fit before you place an order. To support this, we offer a Fit Kit program to ensure the correct sizing of your custom apparel.

Purpose of the Fit Kit

The Fit Kit is designed to allow teams, clubs, and individual customers to try on sample sizes before placing a final order.
Our goal is to help you select the most accurate size and minimize the need for exchanges after production.

How to Request a Fit Kit

  • Fit Kits are typically requested by the Team Captain, Group Leader, or the Person in Charge of Purchasing.

  • Individual team members or customers should request access to the Fit Kit directly through their team captain or purchasing coordinator.

We recommend requesting the Fit Kit well in advance of placing your final order to allow time for proper fitting and evaluation.

Terms of Use

  • The Fit Kit is provided on loan and must be returned to ScudoPro by the agreed-upon date.

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • Keeping the kit in good condition.

    • Returning all items included in the Fit Kit.

    • Covering return shipping costs (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing).

  • Any missing or damaged items will be invoiced to the customer at standard retail price.

Important Notes

  • The Fit Kit is for reference sizing only. The final product sizing may include a manufacturing tolerance of +/-3%.

  • ScudoPro recommends trying all relevant garments and sizes, as fit can vary by style and cut.

  • The use of the Fit Kit does not constitute an order. Orders must be placed separately following size selection.

Responsibility & Agreement

By requesting and using the Fit Kit, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • Review our full Terms and Conditions and Size Exchange Policy.

  • Ensure timely return of the Fit Kit in its original condition.

  • Communicate the final size selections accurately based on the try-on process.
